The Samsung Galaxy S is a touchscreen smartphone manufactured by Samsung. Official CyanogenMod support for ONLY for the International Version (GT-I9000), Bell Vibrant (GT-I9000M), and Telcel Galaxy S (GT-I9000T), NOT the any other Samsung Galaxy S variant.

Official CyanogenMod support for the Samsung Galaxy S was added in CyanogenMod 7.1.
